Footlights Awards

The first-ever Footlights Performing Arts Awards for the Greater Milwaukee area will announce its final nominees on May 4 at 10 a.m. at the Intercontinental Hotel of Milwaukee, 139 E. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee.

The announcement of the top professional and the top non-professional nominee finalists in all 16 categories will be made by John McGivern, Footlights, and 2017 sponsor United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF).

McGivern, an award-winning actor and producer, will host the awards ceremony, which takes place June 22 at Milwaukee Repertory Theater’s Quadracci Powerhouse, with an after-party at the Intercontinental Milwaukee immediately following.
