The failed war on drugs, mandatory minimums, and “three strike” laws have created a system where we put too many people in jails and prisons for too long. These policies unfairly targeted Black and Brown communities for decades.

Corrective Compassion is a short film that begins the discussion on using clemency as a tool to correct unjust sentences and address racial disparities in our prison system.
