Pabst Mansion to hold open house in celebration of 125th anniversary
Museum visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy free self-guided tours of the Pabst Mansion, concessions and beer for sale, and live polka music.
The Pabst Family is sponsoring a free open house day to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Pabst Mansion. Museum visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy free self-guided tours of the Pabst Mansion. Concessions will be provided by Shully’s Cuisine and Events and will offer Usinger’s brats and Pabst beer for sale. The event will also feature live polka music.
The Pabst Mansion open house takes place July 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pabst Mansion, 2000 W. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. Pabst family members will be in attendance to meet and for photos. The event is part of a weekend of planned festivities where more than 50 Pabst family members from around the country and world will all be returning to Milwaukee to celebrate.
The Pabst Mansion was built between 1890 and 1892. It remains one of the largest and most expensive houses to have ever been constructed in the city.
