Wyoming ranchers LJ and Karen Turner have seen their primary source of water depleted by a neighboring coal mine. Donald Trump's decision to lease public lands to new coal mines for pennies on the dollar threatens the livelihood of other Western ranchers and farmers at the expense of local taxpayers.
