The new Odd Duck private event space and off-site catering restaurant has revealed its logo today on its Instagram and Facebook pages.

The opening of an Odd Duck inspired private event space and catering service called Little Duck was announced after Odd Duck owners Ross and Melissa Buchkolz decided to close down their plant-based restaurant Hello Falafel in January.

Little Duck will occupy the old Hello Falafel space at 2301 S. Howell Ave., and Hello Falafel will undergo some behind the scenes changes as it prepares to reopen at a new location or potentially return as a food truck.

Little Duck will be open for brunch, lunch and dinner parties of approximately 12 to 35. Due to the popularity of Odd Duck and the limited space, Little Duck will serve to filter out large parties and help keep dinner service at Odd Duck moving smoothly and efficiently.

Little Duck will offer off-site catering for private events. The space will also be used to host pop-up dinners.

The Little Duck Instagram page posted a photo of the new logo earlier today with the hashtag #comingsoon, and you can expect to get a taste of what Little Duck has to offer sometime this spring.
