LABEL MAKERS: The U.S. Department of Agriculture has released a draft rule for a national standard on GMO labeling. However, the Just Label It! campaign says the rule, as written, could exclude 70 percent of products with GMO ingredients. Advocates of consumer-friendly labeling are encouraged to respond.
