Zappafest is an annual Milwaukee tradition since 1999 and makes its return again this year to where it started — Shank Hall. Local bands, including Dr. Chow’s Love Medicine and Gozortenplat, will fill the evening with Frank Zappa’s compositions. Zappa had a strong fan base in Milwaukee and this fest always features an appreciative crowd.

Hinton has been performing on the Milwaukee scene for more than a decade.
