The 2016 Milwaukee Film Festival presents Women He’s Undressed. In this eye-popping documentary from acclaimed director Gillian Armstrong, three-time Oscar-winning costume designer Orry-Kelly (Casablanca, Some Like It Hot) gets a well-deserved career retrospective.
