‘Bravo, Caruso’

In this revival of a beloved Next Act production, artistic director David Cescarini once again becomes world-renowed tenor Enrico Caruso on one of the most important nights of his life: the eve of what will ultimately be his final performance, before illness sidelines him and causes his death in 1921. But for now, it’s Christmas Eve, 1920, and Caruso has one more night to regale reporters with life stories and gossip and sing one last time.
At 255 S. Water St., Milwaukee. Tickets range from $23 to $60 and can be purchased at 414-278-0765 or nextact.org
