HAWS to hold ‘Romp ‘n Rally’ on May 6
Pets and their people are invited to join HAWS' festivities at Sussex Village Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County (HAWS) holds its annual fundraiser “Romp ‘n Rally” on May 6. Pets and their people are invited to join the festivities at Sussex Village Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event includes a lure course and trail challenge, a Romp ‘n Rally marketplace, live music from Nashville recording artist Brecken Miles with D.A. Miles, and a raffle and contests. For details and registration, visit hawspets.org/pet-walk-fest.
The organization will also host an open house at HAWS on May 31 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to celebrate the completion of its facility expansion. HAWS’ shelter is located at 701 Northview Road in Waukesha.
