Wisconsin’s ACLU activists are organizing to observe Banned Books Week, which takes place Sept. 30-Oct. 6 across the country.

The ACLU embraces Banned Books Week because, according to an announcement, “the right to read and freely exchange information is at the heart of the First Amendment.”

To participate, including with the hosting an event, contact the ACLU’s Stacy Harbaugh at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or 608-469-5540.
