The AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin’s 2011 Make a Promise Gala set a fundraising record, generating $223,728 for its medical center and $45,150 for its new pharmacy.
The April 9 event drew more than 800 supporters to the Frontier Airlines Center for a high-energy evening inspired by the hit TV show “Glee.”
“We are deeply grateful to our corporate sponsors, auction donors and all who attended for making the gala so successful,” said ARCW president and CEO Doug Nelson.
